Join us on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd October to reflect on the all of the hard work over the past year. In addition, the members weekend will be a chance to hear from all of our members on all the activities carried out to fulfill our mission. Our afternoon session will focus on looking forward to 2022 and beyond and so feedback from all members will be invaluable!

This year’s members weekend is guaranteed to be a great opportunity to reflect, plan ahead and have some fun!

*Please note spaces will be limited to 40 people on a first come, first served basis.

FOA Members Weekend COVID-19 Policy

As a member of FOA we ask that:

-    You do not turn up to the weekend if you are experiencing any new symptoms of COVID-19 including loss of taste and/or smell, dry persistent cough, temperature. Please also note headache is a common symptom of the Delta variant.

-    You adhere to current government guidelines regarding self isolation if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or been in close contact with someone who has tested positive in the last 14 days.

-    If you develop any new symptoms at any stage over the weekend please make this known to someone on the team so we can take appropriate steps.

-    Throughout the weekend we ask that all members maintain a high level of personal hygiene to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we ask that members do not share any personal belongings and wash/sanitise hands regularly.

In order to attend the members weekend we are asking for proof of vaccination or confirmation of a negative COVID test result. All members must:

-    Demonstrate proof of vaccination - this proof must reflect both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine of which the second dose was administered at least 14 days prior to the weekend.

OR

-    Show confirmation of a negative COVID-19 result from either a lateral flow or PCR test which has been carried out no more than 48 hours prior to the weekend (i.e the test must be conducted after 11am on Thursday 30th September)

All members must be willing to provide the appropriate documentation prior to arrival at the members weekend.

We are aware that all members are looking forward to the much anticipated members weekend but we ask each member to act responsibly and adhere to the above guidelines. All guidelines have been put in place in order to protect ourselves and others around us.
