FOA - SST Migration 

Need a whole background info on text here why we are changing the name and next steps for their membership and what it means, then users will click the button below to fill out form to decide their next steps to either

  • keep their membership ( they nothing but we change the product name so they are renewed on next time they are charged again for an SST membership )

  • Change from member to supporter ( they are redirected to a page to select their option of how much to support in and then we can cancel on our end their membership once confirmed they have started a supporter subscription )

  • dont want anything ( if this is case we will follow up with marketing emails maybe asking why or suggest supporter and send them the link, and then if nothing still we cancel and remove their membership )

The form above collects the names emails and choices into a data table / excel and also sends an email out to info@friendsofafrica.org.uk with the persons response so those in the office can see all the responses and deal confirm who needs actioned next
